Get to know the team.
We are adventurers.
We’re a family-run business building outdoor adventure vehicles since 1969. We’re here today because we focus on building a great team, supporting our community, providing premium products, and investing in experience.
As our founder, Erdman Epp was quoted: “We’re never satisfied until good is better and better is best.” Likewise, we are driven by our focus on continuous improvements. Our actions are a testament to our commitment.
What we do.
We design.
We build.
We deliver.
We create.
We connect.
We lead.
Adventurer guiding principles.
BUILD THE BEST CAMPERS
Obsessively driven designs focused on function and simplicity. We are intentional with every detail, gearing towards utility, efficiency, and quality that lasts for generations.
INSPIRE EXPERIENCES,
EMPOWER ADVENTURE
Being a leader requires us to look beyond the conventional ways of business to harness creativity and imagination, which is necessary for innovation.
SIMPLIFY ALONG THE WAY
We all appreciate the simple things in life. We work consistently to improve our business practices, remove bottlenecks, provide seamless interactions and ensure quality delivery.
NURTURE THE ULTIMATE TEAM
Built on meaningful relationships, respect, communication, learning, development, and continuous improvement. Our commitment extends to our external team, partners, and community.
GIVE, DON’T TAKE
Everything is connected, and our responsibility is to protect and improve the world we live in. By giving back, investing in green energy, and focusing on eliminating waste, we can reduce our footprint and make the world a better place.
Team Unity that Fosters Community
Adventurer Manufacturing was pleased to host its second annual Scout Owners’ Factory Open House on May 10th, 2024. This event was a true testament to the entire Adventurer team, the vision we have for our product lines, and the connection we feel towards our owner communities.
It could not be clearer to us that our team is the key element behind each unit that leaves our doors every day. We’re proud to facilitate an environment where staff can collaborate freely on projects and events that reach past the four walls of our facility. Our goal is to foster a culture of continuous improvement that allows each employee to grow confidently within their specialty. It couldn't be more clear that our customers feel that, too.
